This bag is actually made from recycled Fair Trade Cotton. Produced in India by the world’s largest manufacturer of Fair Trade Cotton bags, the off cuts of cotton material are shredded and ripped back to cotton fibres ( scotching and carding ).
Design
The fibres are then worked and built up to form a pulp, which is manually rolled, thickened and cut. The product is then air dried to form a paper like sheet, which is in fact 100% recycled cotton
Quality
This paper can then be manufactured into luxury shopping bags or boxes.
