We can supply to order mailing pouches, either unprinted, or with our customers logo, brand or design. For printed pouches we can offer up to 6 colours, but more often one or two colours is sufficient. The range includes security seal, tamper evident, and resealable bags or pouches. Substrates include LDPE, MDPE, HDPE and TYVEK. Materials can be co-extruded (white/ black) for additional opacity and security. Printing is available in up to 8 colours, flexo or gravure.
Design
Black / white co ex material can be used to give complete opacity, where sensitive documents or valuable items are being posted. Customers can get competitive mailing rates from An Post, and a license where their volumes are sufficient. This license number can be printed on the outside of the pouch.
Quality
Other typical printed information might include your return address, advertising or special offers etc. Depending on the content, the seal can be permanent or resealable, attracting different postal rates from An Post.
